2. Services

Berg Ink provides creative services including but not limited to branding, website design, AI visual content, and concept & industrial design. All services are delivered based on agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables discussed prior to project commencement.

3. User Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements and materials

Respond in a timely manner for feedback and approvals

Ensure all provided content does not infringe any third-party rights

4. Payments and Refunds

All projects require a deposit before work begins.

Final deliverables will only be released after full payment is received.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

Berg Ink reserves the right to withhold final files or deliverables until full payment is completed.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or major changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Berg Ink. Final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Berg Ink reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

7. AI & Visual Content

For AI-generated visuals and video content, outputs are created based on available tools and creative direction. While we aim for high accuracy and quality, certain visual elements may be interpretative and subject to refinement.
